OmniGrow is a SaaS platform offering booking, POS, membership, CRM, vendor, property, analytics, and AI personalization modules for service-based businesses.

• Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

• Billing cycle: monthly or annual, auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Payment methods: card, EFT, wallet integrations.
• Refunds: governed by OmniGrow’s Refunds Policy.
• Pricing: see Pricing Page.

Cancel anytime before renewal to avoid charges. Annual plans refunded pro-rata for unused months. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations unless otherwise specified.

Immediate POS services: ~65% (bookings, product purchases).
Deferred services: ~35% (training, vendor deliveries).
Delivery timeline: 3–7 days average.

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activity. OmniGrow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

OmniGrow complies with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) in South Africa. User data is securely stored and processed only for operational purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

OmniGrow is not liable for indirect losses due to service interruptions. Platform uptime is maintained at 99.9%, but occasional downtime may occur. Audit trails and transparent reporting are provided for dispute resolution.

OmniGrow may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via email or dashboard alerts of significant changes.
